1). Check the printer driver is install on your computer
2). Check the network icon is stable from your computer
3). Print out .doc file from another computer
4). Turn off your network printer for 1 minute and clear the printer cache
5). Clear the printer cache from your computer too
6). Ping the printer ip. After that connect the printer with \\192.168.XX.X
7). If you get the message of Access Denied. This can be network sharing error from your network printer.
8).Contact your System Administrator and fix that problem.
