How to set text message when user logon to their PC?

1). Login to your domain controller
2).All Program- Administrative Tools- (Default Domain Controller Security Settings)-Local Policies- Security
    Options- (Click)Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on-(Remark)Define this policy
    setting in the template-(Edit)text message into the box.Click ok to apply.
3).After that (Click)Interactive logon:Message title for users attempting to log on-(Remark)Define this policy
    setting-(Edit)text message into the box- click ok to apply.
4).All Program-Administrative Tools-(Default Domain Security Settings)-Local Policies- Security

    setting in the template-(Edit)text message into the box.Click ok to apply.
5).After that (Click)Interactive logon:Message title for users attempting to log on-(Remark)Define this policy
    setting-(Edit)text message into the box- click ok to apply.
6).After the configuration is finish. Go to the client pc and login. you can seen text message from the client.
